For this project, the 1980’s brick and original cabinets for two different rooms were removed. The existing brick chimney was wrapped in plywood and steel for earthquake safety and then covered with a custom plaster finish to resemble drywall texture. Custom cabinets, mantels, and tile work were then completed. This project is a double fireplace unit with identical work being completed on both sides.
