This home was a typical 1980’s tract home with several secluded rooms and an isolated kitchen. The remodel involved removing several partition walls and adding engineered beams thus opening the home’s floor plan into a much more useful and inviting space. The kitchen remodel portion was completed with semi-custom cabinets which flowed into the adjacent dining room and office space.
